I was once an everyday dog owner like you, with a reactive dog...
I felt defeated. All the TV dog trainers made it look so easy. But now, my German Shepherd puppy, Kaz, was aggressive and I had no idea how to fix it.
I felt powerless as I watched her lunge and bark at other dogs on walks. I didn't know how to help her.
The stress was unbearable. Every walk felt like a battle, my heart racing with fear that she might attack another dog. I couldn't enjoy spending time with Kaz anymore.

I thought socialization was the answer, but it only made things worse. Every time we left the house, Kaz would get attacked by another dog, reinforcing her fear and aggression.

If you're looking for a magic wand, you won't find it here. In fact, you won't find it anywhere. While trainers can help with shortcuts, the reality is if you want change you must change what you're doing.
You will also need to go through the information. Just buying the course will not train your dog, I wish it did - but training is fun anway so it's not so bad!
And your dog needs repetitions of the lessons. Sometimes a few, sometimes many, depending on their learning style.

When Does it Start
You can start today! There are 3 trainings that you definitely want to get a head start on!
But our Zoom Calls start Monday 16 January 2023 at 8.30pm NZ time (and weekly same bat-time, same bat-place there after). During these calls we make sure you and your dog get help so that you guys aren't left stuck!
There's also an encore call at 9am Tuesdays (NZ Time) if you can't make Monday nights!
But you can absolutely also use the Facebook Group to get help!
What if I can't make the calls?
Don't worry, you'll find the replay in The Manners Academy Portal in The Dog Training Lab!
So you definitely won't miss out! You can even submit questions and videos in the FB Group for feedback!

I really think in person training would be better. Why isn't this in person?
I've tested a lot of different styles to teach owners and dogs.
Online gives me the opportunity to make sure that you have all the resources at your finger tips! Then if we need to meet in person, you'll only need one or two sessions rather than 10 or more!
This is is much better value for you! And this way you'll get the benefit of seeing how we solve other's challenges - this will not only help you now, but for your future dogs as well!
How Does the Program Work?
You get 3 games every dog should know (I recommend you start here), then I recommend you go through Teach Your Dog to Listen.
Then, every week for 12 weeks, new trainings are given to you to cover a theme (e.g. problem barking, walking nicely, etc.) and we also have a Zoom call once a week and a private FB Group so you and your dog can get all the help you need!
Everything I show you will help you build a better relationship with your dog and you will learn how to solve their unique challenges! Yes, even if new ones come up!

Having a well behaved dog saves me money. Instead of booking my dog into a kennel and then having the stress of them being full all the time, I just spend a little more on dog friendly accommodation and it saves me stress and worry.
